If you turn on job notifications, we store a notification token for your phone or browser so we can send you job assignments and event updates. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone or browser settings. Deleting your account removes these tokens.
If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Alura Event Staffing, we may send transactional messages related to staffing and events. These messages may include job assignments, event dates, times, locations, roles, reminders, schedule changes, and links to review, accept, or decline an assignment.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use the basic Alura Event Staffing service.
You may opt out of automated SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help.
Mobile phone information, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may send transactional email messages relating to job assignments, events, account activity, and other services requested through Alura Event Staffing.

Workers can delete their account in the app on the Worker page (Delete My Account). Admins can delete their account from the Admin dashboard (Delete Account). When an account is deleted, the name, email, phone number and notification tokens are removed. Past job records may be kept without personal details for business records. You can also ask us to delete your data or a job application by emailing cristimaxinmihai@yahoo.com.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of our services.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
You may update certain account information and communication preferences through Alura. You may also contact us regarding questions about your personal information or account.
